The department conducts the course of B.Sc. in Computer Science (Hons.) under the University of Calcutta. The department is situated on the 3rd floor of the college and have highly qualified faculty to conduct the course. The department have both highly equipped S/W and H/W labs to conduct the course. The academic report of our students are excellent. After passing the course conducted by our department, the students have a very bright future.

Many of our students are well placed in different software companies like WIPRO, TCS etc. Besides this many of our students are pursuing their higher studies like M.Sc., MCA.

After passing out the course - B.Sc. in Computer Sc. (Hons.) conducted by our dept, the students have the job opportunity as software professionals in different IT companies like TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, TECH MAHINDRA, INFOSYS etc.. They have also the opportunity to pursue their higher studies like M.Sc., MCA.
